A snowstorm delayed the start of our trip, we were offered a full refund but 7 of us didn’t take it and experienced a trip of a lifetime! Andrea, our guide, was wonderful, she knew the area and was very concerned that she listened to us and made the trip what we wanted.

tour was outstanding. Guide, KEVIN, was knowledgeable, and did a grand job of interacting with our tour, keeping us on time as sunset is fixed. not a 5, because there was more walking involved than company indicated. 2 of our group recent hip surgery, but Kevin did best to be sure we cared for
