Stop At: Nami Island, 1, Namiseom-gil, Namsan-myeon, Chuncheon, Gangwon-do 24464 South Korea

You will be picked up from your hotel in Seoul and taken to Nami Island. It will take approximately one hour from Seoul. During this time, your guide will tell you about Nami Island. After arrival at the pier at Gapyeong, you will get a ferry to Nami Island for 10 minutes. On Nami Island, you can explore the beautiful natural environment where a well-known drama, “Winter Sonata,” was filmed.

Lunch is not included; however you may have a lunch at a restaurant in Nami Island by your own expense. Then meeting the guide to go back to pier to take a ferry.

Stop At: The Garden of Morning Calm, 432 Sumokwon-ro, Sang-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do 12448 South Korea

Then you will move to the Garden of Morning Calm where was the concept of a “garden” was first adopted in Korea. It is a special place that harmonizes classical grace and modern beauty.

Leaving the Garden of Morning Calm, you will go back to Seoul and stop by a Korean Ginseng center before being dropped off at your hotel.

Our trip to Nami was very good ! My 3 children and I were very happy and pleasantly surprised that we had our very own private van, driver , and guide who spoke very good English! They picked us up from the Airbnb we were staying in and brought us back after the tour. It surely saved a lot of time, and of course the hassle of having to pick up/ drop off other tourists in their respective hotels, drop off points. The driver couldnt speak too much English but he would always greet us with such a big smile and wish us well. Our guide Erica, gave us several tips for what to look for in both places . She even helped my kids and I with some picture taking which is a luxury for us since taking selfies with a full-sized camera can be very limiting. My kids and I would like to get to see Nami island again during the fall and the garden of morning calm during spring if given the chance . Were sure itll be an even more memorable time. Its beautiful now so more so in those particular seasons.

This full day tour was great . We arrived at Nami Island in the early morning where there wasn't too much tourist . The island was well maintained and clean . I liked most is the tree planted both side of the road , i believe these was the main attraction . We took quite a lot of picture . As for the Garden of morning Calm , this place was the best of that day , the garden is real beautiful planted with so many beutiful flowers , i like that . I will give a two thumb up for the place of interest
