Shanghai Museum is for you to take in this point. Bronze wares, ceramics, coins, jade articles, sculptures, seals, and calligraphy and paintings from different dynasties are gathered here. Among all collections, the most treasured one is the Dake Bronze Tripod dating back to the Western Zhou Dynasty.

Yu Garden is the largest of Shanghai's ancient gardens with Ming and Qing architectural styles. Yu Garden is small in size, but it contains all elements that a classical Chinese garden should have. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters all have unique characteristics. The garden has six areas, each with its own style. The Grand Rockery, in the center of the Garden, is the most renowned sight.
Yu Garden is closed for renovation from Sep. 19 to Oct. 31. but you still can wander in Yuyuan Old Street.
