About this activity
Your first stop is the Nanjing Road pedestrian street. Take the opportunity for a little window-shopping as you stroll this buzzing shopping street.
Next, it's time to explore the Bund, the waterfront strip that's known for its display of international architecture. Many of the grand 19th-century buildings here have been converted into hotels, restaurants, and galleries: your guide will point out some of the most intriguing destinations.
Hop back aboard the coach for the short drive to the jetty, where you'll embark on an evening cruise of the Huangpu River. Along the way, your guide will explain the history of both sides of the river – Pudong (East of the River) and Puxi (West of the River) – and show you icons from the Oriental Pearl Tower to 18 on the Bund.
Once the cruise is finished, it's time to discover Pudong, and the Lujiazui commercial district whose towering skyscrapers define Shanghai's celebrated skyline. You can explore independently here, or return with the coach.

This was FANTASTIC experience. Our tour guide was so kind to work the schedule around us coming late from the other tour. He was informative and his English was great - very, very nice man. River tour was PHENOMENAL as Shanghai is a BEAUTIFUL CITY, I travelled around six continents and Shanghai is now my favorite sharing the fist spot with a Hong-Kong :- This tour should NOT BE MISSED!!!!
