How it works?
1, Select the date and number of people.
2, Choose the program specifying the starting time of massage, the massage duration (60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes) and massage type (Aromatic Essential Oil Body Massage & Traditional Chinese Body Massage
3, Pay according to the programs selected
4, In half an hour after the confirmed booking, you will receive a text message or Viator message for the name and gender of the massage therapist at your service.
5, Be in your hotel room (or residence, office) at the appointed time. Your massage therapist will be at hotel a few minutes earlier and call your room from the front desk to get permission of access.
More service conditions and terms:
- You can indicate the gender preference of the massage therapist upon the booking. If not, a female therapist or a male will stand equal chance.
- Your massage therapist will appear in uniform with company ID card and a full suite of supplies for conducting the massage.
- You can get the in-room massage service all over Shanghai. To your hotel location within the inner ring, there is no extra fee of transportation. But if the service location is somewhere between the inner ring and the middle ring or between the middle ring and the outer ring, you need to pay respectively CNY50 and CNY100 cash on site to the massage therapist to cover the transportation expense. CNY200 applies to service location outside the outer ring.
- Your therapist will speak little English but know basic English words for their job. So you are advised to indicate your conditions or special requirements for your massage upon the booking - allergy to nut oils, recent injuries or other due circumstances.
- You need to provide clear and correct hotel name, address, room number and guest name registered in hotel upon the booking. If it’s in your residence or office, you shall provide complete address and cellphone number for contacting.
- Service begins from the actual performance of the massage. 15-min delay for your reason is allowed for. If, for your reason, the service has to start 15 minutes after the appointment time, CNY50 per half an hour will be charged as compensation in the form of cash on site.
- You can rest assured that your massage therapist will not, whatsoever, hint or ask for tips in any way. Having said that, you are recommended to tip the therapist if he and she can conduct the massage to your content. Anything between CNY20 and CNY100 will be appreciated.
