Meet your guide and hop on the air-conditioned bus to start the trip, drive around 1 hour to the Zhujiajiao Water Town, an ancient water village with a history of more than 1700 years and the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai.

Follow your guide to visit the traditional Kezhi Garden famous for rocks, zigzagging bridges, lotus pool and farm land, Qing Dynasty Post Office with a lot of precious exhibitions of the development of Chinese post industry, Tongtianhe Medicine Shop showing the history and culture of Traditional Chinese medicine. Boat riding along the river is optional at your own expense.

After having lunch in a local restaurant, visit the Silk Museum to learn Chinese silk culture and buy beautiful silk product. Continue Shanghai city sightseeing to enjoy the magnificent combination of the old European style architectures and the modern skyscrapers at the Bund, experience the historical and cultural atmosphere of the city at Xin Tian Di, and stroll around the largest public square of the city at People’s Square.
