Meet your guide and hop on the air-conditioned bus to start the trip, drive around 1 hour to the Zhujiajiao Water Town, an ancient water village with a history of more than 1700 years and the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai. The little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. Stroll around the unique old bridges, well-structured courtyards and calm rivers to feel the antiquity, leisure and tranquility of this ancient town.

Follow your guide to visit the traditional Kezhi Garden famous for rocks, zigzagging bridges, lotus pool and farm land, Qing Dynasty Post Office with a lot of precious exhibitions of the development of Chinese post industry, Tongtianhe Medicine Shop showing the history and culture of Traditional Chinese medicine. Boat riding along the river is optional at your own expense. Later return to visit the Silk Museum to learn Chinese silk culture and buy beautiful silk product.
