Guide and driver picked us up in a very old minivan. The tour was then a visit to a small quite nice wet market, a stop at one dumpling restaurant where we had to pay for the dumplings by ourselves, and then the dumpling cooking. Here we were given flour and instructions by a very niece and friendly restaurant chef and his team. They showed us how to make the dumplings, but the filling was their secret recipe, so they did not tell us anything except that it's meat and vegetables. They then prepared the dumplings for us and we could eat them and received water upon request. The guide was friendly, but not helpful or knowledgable about food or dumplings, but if you're in China for the first time he might help to survive. The whole tour was ok but way too expensive.
