Depart from your Shanghai hotel to beautiful Zhujiajiao at 9:30am or 1:00 pm Sit back and relax on the 1-hour drive to the water town.

Upon arrival, stroll around in the old town, and learn about it's 1,700-year-old history. Wander along the canal, and continue walking to the old lanes where you can visit a few garden houses. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the canal to see beautiful surrounding.

Revitalize yourself with a delicious early dinner in a local restaurant, and your guide will recommend some tasty local dishes to you.

After dinner, head back to Shanghai to see an amazing acrobatic show, which begins at 7:30 pm. The stunning acrobatic show combines both traditional Chinese arts and modern technologies. The performers present Chinese acrobatics, martial arts, and dance perfectly in harmony with the music, sound, lighting, and other special effects.

After the show is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel at about 9:00 pm.

The entire family, young and old enjoyed this charming water town. We went on the afternoon tour and I think the length of the trip was just right. We loved that we got to order anything we wanted for dinner, it was hearty and delicious. The amazing acrobatic show was the perfect ending to the day. Wilson was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, 5 stars!

It is a very exciting tour, very emblematic places of Shanghai. Very kind and careful guide Snow! She showed us the water village, Venice of China, a perfect restaurant for Chinese food and the unforgettable night cruise. Thank you, Snow, you were a perfect host! Hope to meet you again!

We enjoyed ourselves and had a great day. Alana, our guide, was very attentive, she contacted us right away to see if there were any special requests we may have. On our trip to Zhujiajiao, she was very friendly, informative, and helpful, answering any questions and queries we had. At Zhujiajiao, we enjoyed a beautiful gondola ride and a stroll through the town. When we wanted to make a stop at an electronics market instead of going back to the hotel, she was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the building was closed and under construction. She then met us again for our acrobatic show, which was very entertaining. Overall, we would recommend this tour and Alana, as she went above and beyond in welcoming and guiding us on this trip.She helped us create beautiful memories on our family vacation.
