3 Days 2 Nights Khao Sok Jungle & Bamboo Rafting Discovery

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Phuket - Khao Sok

Stop At: Saphan Sarasin Bridge, Mai Khao, Phuket Thailand
07:00-08:30 AM Pick-up from your hotel in Phuket, Khaolak or Krabi only by air-conditioned vehicle. (Pick up time varies by hotel location)

09:00 AM Crosses Sarasin Bridge to Phang Nga Province, you can feel the lifestyle of the local communities and their livings as well as the scenery of mountains, rubber and palm which are economic plants around the area.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: International Tsunami Museum, 39/8 Moo 6 Bang Nieng Village Kokekean, Khao Lak Thailand
09:30 AM Visit Tsunami Memorial Site (Seeing Tsunami location). Khao Lak has been hit by Tsunami. Now, there is no mark of damage but only the painful memory of the tragedy. As well as good memory of people who give help to others without discrimination to class, color, nation and religious such like “one world together”.

10:30 AM Experience the Elephant Observation Program approximately 20 minutes. For pick-up from Krabi location start with Elephant Observation Program

Stop At: Khao Sok National Park, Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani Province
12:30 PM Stop at Khao Sok a scenic viewpoint (great panoramic view of Khao Sok) and visit Monkey Cave Temple.

13:00 PM Lunch at Khao Sok Discovery Restaurant

14:30 PM After lunch, start with canoeing down the river of Khao Sok (chance to spot a flora & fauna, a limestone cliff and evergreen mountains along the way)

16:00 PM Check in at Khaosok Boutique Camps (Air-conditioned room). You can spend time and find a new experience with a nature and wonderful mountain location. Watch the sun rise, set over the Mountains and enjoy a fresh and relaxing atmosphere in the morning.

19.00 Dinner then leisurely relax with a sound of nature. After enjoying the tasty dinner, it’s time to take a rest. Khao Sok at night is cool and will give you a pleasant sleeping time with no need of air conditioner as the forest will give you the best and fresh air ever.

Day 2: Khao Sok - Cheow Lan Lake

Stop At: Khao Sok National Park, Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani Province
07:30 AM Welcome new morning with varieties of bird that sing along within the fresh surroundings and you’ll see the fogs that extensively cover the area of Khao Sok National Park and Breakfast

08:30 AM Jungle trekking by foot in Khao Sok National Park, and enchanting Plants, Flowers, Butterfly, Birds, Squirrels, Reptiles, etc. awaits your discovery. A self-guided nature trail explains a many way of native plants were used throughout history. (approximately 3 hrs.)

12:00 PM Lunch at Khao Sok Mountain View Restaurant and check out from the camps

Stop At: Cheow Lan Dam (Ratchaprapa Dam), Khao Sok National Park Khao Pang Subdistrict, Ban Ta Khun 46820 Thailand
14:30 PM Heading to Cheow Lan Dam travel by long-tailed boat with great scenic view on the way

15:30 PM Check in at Saichol Raft House (Electric Fan Room)

16:00 PM Free at leisure or self-paddle canoe adventure around the floating hut, nature watching relax, swimming in the fresh water lake.

19:30 PM Dinner at night time, the most pleasurable pastime in all the national parks is admiring the star-encrusted sky and the tree-silhouetted jungle while listening to the chatter of insects, and breathing in the moist, earthy smell of mother nature.

Day 3: Departure Khao Sok

Stop At: Khao Sok National Park, Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani Province
07:00 AM Morning safari and breakfast

09:00 AM Check out from the raft house and return back by long-tailed boat to the pier

10:00 AM Arrive at the mainland and heading to Khao Sok

11:00 AM Canoeing down the river of Khao Sok

12:00 PM Lunch at Khaosok Mountain View Restaurant

12:30 PM Heading back to drop-off point (Phuket, Khao Lak or Krabi)
Duration: 8 hours
