Once upon a time, there lived a fisherman who used to bring home much fish every time he went to the sea. However, one day he could not catch any fish despite tedious attempts and only picked up a nail with his net. He kept throwing the nail back to the sea and catching it again. Furious, he took his sward and cut the nail in halves, using all his power. Upon impact, one half of the nail jumped up and speared into the sea forming Koh Tapu.

They lie in the north-western part of the PHang Nga Bay some 6 kilometres from the main land, amidst a group of a dozen of other islands. It's western part is about 130 metres in diameter whereas the eastern part is about 240 Metres long and 140 metres wide and is elongated northwards. The island has a few caves and two sandy beaches, on the south western part and between the twin island.

A limestone island with the bay almost surrounded by the cliff looking like the hall where boats can sail into the cave channel though the other side of the sea. But due to the low cave roof, only kayaks can get through the channel.

Stop At: Koh Panak Cave, Ao Phang Nga National Park Thailand

Located southwest of Koh Hong where many cave and inner sea are around the island. Some caves can be reach by kayaking while some have very high entrance that tourists need to climb up. The inner sea will be seen from the cave entrance. The favourite attractions are Khang Khao Cave, Ice Cream Cave and Gong Gang Cave
