Very enjoyable, friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Fun rides but just so humid. Express Pass is highly recommended.
It was very easy to redeem voucher and saving time to entry. My Passport and embarkation card did not require as well as I carried outside food for my 4 years old child.
This was an awesome, fun filled day. The direct admission ticket was very convenient, as it avoided long line-ups. There were lots of standardized rides like the roller coasters, 4 D theaters rides, a great Waterworld stunt show, as well as street entertainment. Although there are lots of restaurants in each of the zones, the food is extremely expensive. I would allow at least 4-5 hours to really enjoy the facility as the line-ups can be quite long ie. for the roller coaster there was an 80 minute line up. If you want an express pass it can be purchased for additional funds.
No reason to buy from viator. Nothing but the ticket.
We has a great time inside Universal Studio, but there are so many guys I won't mention where from .... I felt that this place is where they all gathered, they would push and skip the line. Apart from the smell, attitudes are very nasty. Our time here would have been perfect if not for people like them.
