- Guests show their printed voucher/confirmation email when embarking onto the bus to receive their all day bus pass. The SMART Bus route begins at the cruise ship docks but passengers will need to transfer buses on Broadway Street in order to get to Jewell Gardens. Buses run from SMART Bus stops (northbound) from 9:00am until 5:00pm daily, every half hour. The sign in the bus front window will say Jewell Gardens. Return transportation is included via the SMART Bus. The SMART Bus departs in front of Jewell Gardens (by the sunflower sign) twice an hour.
- Children over 11 may participate in the excursion
- Children under 11 are welcome to watch but may not go behind the safety line in the studio
