Once we return to the cozy classroom, the hands-on cooking fun begins! Be prepared to learn the 3 Classic Dishes: Mullet Roe Fried Rice, Three-Cup Chicken, Squid with Five-taste Sauce, plus 1 dessert - Tofu Pudding (Douhua)! Mullet Roe is also known as "black gold” in Taiwan, seen as a treasure from our local waters. Let us show you how this delicacy is best savored, and we will taste it Taiwanese Beer!
