I can not recommend this tour group enough. Professional, sleek and well managed. However I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to unravel the mess VIATOR (who sold the ticket) created!!! I used all my phone battery and credit trying to sort out the mess of VIATOR made with the WRONG instructions on the ticket we all print out!!!! VIATOR had me follow instructions from disembarking a cruise ship!!!!! I was on the Ferry from Helsinki!!! The tour group said they have asked VIATOR to please CHANGE THE INSTRCUTIONS, but VIATOR refuse!!! WHY!?!?!?!?! THYERE WRONG!!!!!!!!!! Unfair, unprofessional and traumatising. You should be ashamed of yourself VIATOR for putting people through what you did to me. Shame on you and your un-professionalism. Call the tour group and DO NOT TRUST VIATORS INSTRUCTIONS - THEY HAVE BEEN WRONG FOR A LONG TIME!!!!!!

We took the tour of Tallin / Estonia tour while on a Princess cruise Friday August 23. our tour guide was patient, knowledgeable, on time. Unfortunately I did not keep his name but Im sure you can look it up via res. We used Viator in the past and most likely will use them in every port from now on.

Hanno was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and offered some side notes about the area. Most of us know very little about Estonia. Lovely village to visit and he moved us along quite well, explaining enough about everything without lingering. Many of the countries bordering the Baltic Sea have very interesting histories and their governance has changed hands many, many times. Old Town Tallinn is charming.

Our guide was a Tallinn, Estonia returning citizen that spent his career and family-raising years in Canada. He remembered well how the country was under Communism before leaving, so he was able to contrast it to contemporary conditions. Luckily Tallinn architecture was not impacted by WWII, so the old town is delightful to explore. Can take or leave Kadriorg-Pirita. Could have lingered longer in Old Town on our own.

Our tour was wonderful. Alexander was the best as he kept the tour interesting and enjoyable with his many stories. Tallinn is such a beautiful, unexpected gem of Europe.
