Pizza Making Class

The course includes demonstration and preparation by the students of pizza dough classic and the one with whole wheat flour for bread. The course begins with making dough balls and learning about the ingredients you can use for your pizza. After preparation of the dough balls, you will proceed to the preparation of pasta, sauce and baking. You will then enjoy your pizza during lunch with the group. The meal also includes: mixed bruschetta, water, soft drinks and local wine. After lunch you will receive a chef's certificate as souvenir of your experience. The course will finish around 13:30.
