From the hotel we will go to the agricultural market, Bazaar and buy some vegetables, cheese, fruites and some other ingredients for the diner. This activity will take about 1 hour. Then we will go to the family where we are going to prepare all dishes for Georgian Supra.
The chief will help you to prepare the the meals and make table. You will participate or observe in all process of cooking and making table.
After an hour and a half the table is ready and when the other guests (singers) are also arrived we will start diner.
The diner in Georgia is an ansamble of wine and food, toasts, songs and danses.
