Stop At: ნოსტის ჩანჩქერი, Noste, Georgia

At 08:00 am our driver and guide will pick you up near the Rustaveli Metro Station in Tbilisi. Drive towards the Noste village. It is beautiful village near Kaspi town, this popular statement about this village describes it best: "It is not Tuscany, it is village Noste from Georgia". While enjoying beautiful nature and breathtaking views in village Noste on the road, you will visit George (Giorgi) Saakadze Castle and Tower, Castle dates back to the 15th century when it was probably built by Duke Ivane Saakadze. In 1603, Prince Giorgi Saakadze, the famous Georgian politician and military commander, took up residence in the castle. Noste Castle is freely accessible. A simple castle ruin with a nice tower.The present remains are a slender tower, which served as a keep and dates back to the 17th century, and foundations of a former 2-storey palace and stables, which are said to date back to the 18th century. The foundations of a bath house were excavated east of the castle walls.

Continue our tour to Ertatsminda Cathedral of Eustathius of Mtskheta, it is a medieval Georgian Orthodox cathedral in Kaspi District, the Shida Kartli region, Georgia. It is situated in the centre of the village Ertatsminda. The Orthodox cathedral was built in the 13th century.

The last destination for this tour is Rkoni - Monument of Georgian architecture, Monastery Complex in Kaspi municipality , in the village of Chachubeti. It is a popular destination for tourists who want a walk in the beautiful nature. The village at the edge of Trialeti range mountains with mixed forests, car stops in the village as there is no road ahead, only path leading along river, then through alley after up to 2km short and easy walk, the gate to the medieval Monastery appears (its buildings date from 7th, 13th and 18th centuries), then you can continue to walk a little more to a spectacular 12th century stone arch bridge which Georgians call King Tamara Bridge where you can take photos. It is believed the area served as the summer residence to Queen Tamar, one of the greatest rulers of Georgia from 1184 to 1213. Rkoni Bridge has maintained its original appearance and serves as a perfect example of Georgia’s architecture during the feudal period.
