The Crusaders utilized the port when occuping the Holyland & left their mark on the city.

Founded by Baron de Rothschild in 1882 & located in the Carmel mountains. One of its past prominent families were very influencial during WW 1.
Inundated with resturants & coffee bars, the town has a very village like atmosphere.

Stop At: Megiddo, Israel

Due to its strategic location on a junction of the Via Maris, it has been a battleground from ancient to present times. According to Protestant belief it is the location of the final battle between good & evil, namely Armageddon.
