We travel among Christian, Byzantine and Contemporary culture discovering monuments lying in front of us, accompanying our excursion with the ancient philosophy of viticulture, while enjoying the variety of local wines in a fine winery. We reach Veria around 09:30 and visit the Apostle Paul’s Tribune, the Jewish Quarter which is located next to the river, the Post-Byzantine Church of Veria and the traditional neighborhood of Kyriotissa.
We enjoy our coffee and traditional homemade snacks in the city of Veria and next, we set off on the wine route in a fine winery, learning the art of wine from the wine growers who provide us with a full tour through the vineyards, the wine produce and maturation and ageing process area.
We depart to Thessaloniki at about 15:30 where we return after approximately one hour (16:30) doing the same stops from where we started.
