Victoria was an excellent tour guide .... very calm and low-key but still informative and interesting. She never asked any of my family of 5 to speed up or cut short their time at the various points of interest (even allowed an unscheduled coffee stop for our caffeine-dependent family). As a result we overshot the 3-hour tour time by about 20 minutes but none of us complained. The bicycles are in good condition, very comfortable and well equipped with hook-on baskets for water, sweaters etc. We have done bicycle tours in a few cities around the world and this was as good as any of them. I would highly recommend this tour for visitors to Toronto.
