About this activity
When you arrive for your Safari (10am), you Adventure Guide will walk you through a brief of who we are and what we do. Once inside you will be introduced to Lionel, our roaster, and your journey begins.
You participate in roasting a batch of beans and then continue to be taken through how to brew coffee through 3 different brew methods. Be ready for the caffeine buzz by the end.
Your guide is there to assist you in this journey so that by the end of the Safari you are armed with more understanding of what goes into the cup of coffee you drink so your experience at home is just as good as your local cafe.
