Itinerary
Day 1: RIB-boat excursion & Crystal Lavvo overnight
Stop At: Tromso Fjords, Tromso Norway
In September & October we pick you up 11 am outside Scandic Ishavshotel and walk you 100 mts to our office where we give you warm flotation suits, boots, mittens, googles and life jackets.
Then we board our Rib-boats for a fast and slow adventure: fast and exciting when we navigate from A to B. Slow and nice when we find beautiful motives to take pictures of.
In our approach to beautiful Hella, we will navigate along the Ry tidal current. This current attracts fish, and fish attract birds, so we will see and hear lots of nature around us while docking.
We will then walk five minutes to a small boathouse where we will serve coffee/tea and muffins while enjoying beautiful views of fjords, mountains and birds. From here, you will observe the strength of the current we just navigated.
Finally, we will start our short hike back to the RIB boat and our exciting navigation back to Tromso.
From 2 pm to 5: 30 pm you get time at leisure in Tromso. At 5:30 pm we drive you to the Lyngen Alps where you get a short photography workshop, a warm group dinner, and after a nice photographic Northern Lights Chase right outside the Green Gold Villa, you finally get to sleep in one of our six private Crystal Lavvos with wood oven!
Duration: 20 hours
Meals included:
• Dinner: Dinner is Lamb with potatoes & salad. We can also deliver vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free options on request.
Accommodation included: Overnight in 1 of our 6 private Crystal Lavvos with wood oven, glass roof and shared toilets.
Day 2: Breakfast and panoramic drive back to Tromso
Stop At: Tromso Fjords, Tromso Norway
8 am we serve breakfast and 8:45 am we start our panoramic drive by minivan and ferry-boat. Back in Tromso 11 am.
Duration: 2 hours
Meals included:
• Breakfast: breakfast is smoked salmon & eggs. We can also deliver vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free options on request.
