Stop At: ISLA MUJERES PALACE, Carretera Sac Bajo SM 007 MZ 63 LT 1, 77400 Q.R., Mexico
You´ll start it off with a nice boat ride to Isla Contoy; where the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea blend with the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, feeding and gives life to the Ixlachr Areecife, which marks the beginning of the second longest barrier reef in the world where you will go snorkeling twice, for 40 minutes each time.
Then, you will continue with the tour to the bird island, being the natural refuge for seabirds. Upon arrival you will walk around the island, visit the museum, climb the lighthouse or viewpoint and then you will visit the lagoon to admire some of the 152 species of tropical seabirds such as frigate, brown pelicans, terns, double-crested cormorants, among others who share the ground with 14 species of reptiles; activities are optional.
Once the tour end, you will have lunch on the beach and will enjoy free time, after which you will continue to Isla Mujeres, where you will have one hour of free time on the island and do shopping if you wish.
