Sian Ka'an Muyil

Sian Ka'an - Muyil Tour is an excellent excursion for those who want a relaxing and inspiring excursion while learning about the ecology of the area and the Mayan civilization in half a day. This ancient Mayan trading post is the perfect place to enjoy astounding Mayan temples. From the archaeological site, we take an interpretive trail towards the tallest observation point of Sian Ka'an to admire the exuberant vegetation of the jungle and the fresh water wetlands. Once we reach the Muyil lagoon, we take a boat across two lagoons connected by an artificial canal that has been in use for many centuries. We float for over 30 minutes surrounded by mangroves, orchids, bromeliads and cacti while we hear the sounds of nature.
