Perhaps because we went during the afternoon, the market wasn't included in the trip. this is ok if i'd have known, but as I expected to go there and be introduced to the local things i was a bit disapointed. Besides that, cooking was well explained, they tried there best to let everybody do something. However compared to other cooking classes i did in cambodia and thailand this one was less fun somehow, not sure why. good enough to go and learn some indonesian food though :

This tour far exceeded our expectations. Honestly, it was the best food I ate the entire trip. I felt it was very well organized, be very informative, everyone was able to participate in many different prepping activities. I was also very impressed by how accommodating they were to the vegetarians

great cooking tour in a balinese family home. Interesting dishes that you get to eat afterwards. Just dont think you'll make everything, there are lots of dishes and everyone gets a single job so sometimes hard to understand all the recipes if you want to replicate at home. But if you're there for local taste and ambience this is a definite
