About this activity
Check in at 30 minutes prior to departure time at the tour office located on Humboldt Street at the Fairmont Empress Hotel. An experienced marine naturalist will provide you with an overview of your tour. You'll then walk 100m (110yds) to the vessel's departure at the dock in front of The Fairmont Empress Hotel.
Head out to the East towards the San Juan Islands with a stop among the Chain Islets and their bird and seal sanctuary. Or head towards Race Rocks Marine Protected Area where many sea lions and seals spend the winter months. You'll return back to the dock in Victoria's beautiful Inner Harbour at the end of the tour.
