About this activity
Visiting the Casa Museo Querini Stampalia in Venice means entering the ancient home of the Querini family, relishing the sophisticated atmosphere that pervades the rooms, decorated with stuccos and frescoes, and admiring the splendid collections housed inside ... You will come into contact with the representation of Venice as envied around the world, where luxury and culture were an indivisible combination.
Listed as one of the most important institutions in Venice, the Casa Museo Querini Stampalia has been open to the public since 1869. You will have the chance to visit the Library, Museum and an area for temporary exhibitions.
After the numerous restoration works carried out in the last century by great architects such as Carlo Scarpa, Valeriano Pastor and Mario Botta, who have managed to enrich the spaces of the ancient sixteenth century palazzo, Querini Stampalia in Venice started to house events, concerts and exhibitions. Moreover, thanks to private donations, the Museum collections can now boast also works of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and works by young contemporary artists called to 'dialogue' with the palace itself.
Take advantage of online booking to plan your visit to the Querini Stampalia Museum. Please bear in mind that this date is indicative: in case of necessity you will be able to use your ticket whenever you prefer, on a date included in opening hours and days of the Casa Museum Querini Stampalia.
