You couldn’t hear the narration so had no idea what u was looking at. The drivers and porter on the dock were very helpful and courteous. Otherwise- the city water taxis were cheaper and got you around better.
Great value for money. We really enjoyed the boat rides and visiting the islands. I would highly recommend this.
I bought 48 hours ticket and missed my first day, because was not able to find any hop on points/stations. Sent email to support, still no reply. On the 2nd day I found stop no4 and decided to take full circle. Actually, it does not worth its money. Not much to see there. Its more just transport, same as public, rather than sightseeng.
Beautiful trip , well organised. It wasn’t entirely obvious that we weren’t looking for a Viator sign for our boat trip , but we were helped by one only the city sightseeing staff. Apart from that it was great
It was good to see this city from another perspective,not having to drive a car,but make sure you don't visit this city when cruise ships are visiting because of so many other tourists which make it difficult.The gondola rides are expensive but worth doing as you see another world behind the glitz.
This is great if you are limited in time like we were,we got on and did the full circle and on the second trip we got off to do some sightseeing,for what you pay it was worth it,not many stops but they were nice stops to explore at your leisure.
Vesuvius was great you have 1 hour to walk up to the top Pompeii is long and kind of drags on for 2 hours

Used it to go to Murano - it was on time, clean so couldn't ask for much more.
Perhaps we just got on at the wrong stop, because we had to get off the boat and hang around by a cafe which had outdoor tables NOT for use by non-customers while the driver took his lunch break. Other than that, the ride was wonderful!
