Italian Cooking Lesson: Pasta with Bolognese sauce - Pizza - Tiramisù

We start our three hours lesson of Italian Gourmet Cuisine with all equipment and ingredients
provided and ready and with a Prosecco glass as Welcome Aperitif.
We will create, in three hours:
- Professional Gourmet Fresh Handmade Pasta or Risotto and the best sauce for it "Classic Bolognese Ragù all'italiana"
- The real "Pizza Napoletana"
- Professional Gourmet Italian Tiramisù Dessert
A completely Italian Gourmet Cuisine Course in just three hours!
We will work together in order to learn how to make a completely professional gourmet dishes in the original Italian way and we enjoy it at the end with a good glass of local Italian D.O.C.G. Special Wine (or other drink on request).
I will provide you with full recipes with procedures that enable you to use it in the right way at home! You can also make a video/pictures as many you like.
