Verona Private Guided Tour with Amarone Wine Tasting

As per your choice you will be pick up with a car at your hotel or meet the Guide in the centre of Verona. From there you tour will start: Castelvecchio (Old Mediaeval Castle), Piazza dei Signori (Lords Square), Piazza delle Erbe (Square of Herbs), Lamberti Tower, Balcony and House of Juliet, the Arena will be some of the highlights.

If you take the full day tour, now time for Lunch.

Later travel to Gamba winery, located in the centre of the Valpolicella region, around 13 km from Verona city, with a beautiful view of the entire valley. Later start a Guided Tour of the Gamba winery with detailed description of the Valpolicella wine production. The red wine known as Valpolicella is typically made from three grape varieties: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara.

After knowing how the wine is made enjoy a tasting of three types of Valpolicalla wine - Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone - combined with different snacks. You tour will end at the wine shop if you wish to buy some wine.

Transfer back to you Verona hotel or to Railways station if you are coming from other cities.
