Itinerary

We climb a small giant at the southwestern end of the Vienna Basin over a lonely alpine ascent variant. The Gösing rises with its almost 900 meters above sea level clearly over the Vienna Basin. It is densely wooded with conifers, which provide the alpine flair in addition to the many rock groups and walls. Near the summit, there is a special place that offers a splendid view of the Schneeberg. Another highlight is the natural monument "Fleischesserföhre". Culinary we are supplied all year round in the nature nurse house Neunkirchner. In this variant, the rise of the rocky and impressive side of the mountain takes place, also runs next to the Sierningbach and through the nature park Sierningtal.
