Hi overall experience was great. My driver Mr.Norbet was excellent in handling the schedule and communication. The hotel room in chesky didnt have a comfortable bathroom as the roof was too low in the 2nd floor and it would have been much better if u have arranged a local guide in salzburg too. U cant ask a driver who is also new to the place to take me around.. i missed the mozart concert after online payment as i didnt have proper guidance to the place. Otherwise, everything was good.thank u.
Great experience in terms of the places covered. Cost is the major issue, but you are paying for a private tour. We booked this tour as we were short of time. We were expecting an experienced local driver, who would be familiar with the route and the sights / attractions / highlights en route. Instead, we had a novice driver who informed us that this was the first time he was driving to these destinations. He continuously fumbled with the GPS trying to get route directions, and often had to re-route the navigation as he was unaware of the destination routes. In Chesky Krumlov, he could not determine the location of the hotel and had to call the local guide for navigation help. The driver also struggled with his English communication. The tour organiser bears the responsibility for entrusting the charge of a private tour to an inexperienced young man unfamiliar with the tour destinations.
