About this activity
Day 1- Airport - Discovery Guest House (D)
Pick up from the airport. Drive-through Windhoek to Discovery Guest House. A township tour and dinner will be arranged.
Day 2- Windhoek-Kalahari Desert (B,L&D)
Departing from Discovery Guest House at 08:00 am to Kalahari Desert.
Day 3-Kalahari- Fish River Canyon (B,L&D)
An encounter with the Fish River Canyon which is spectacular because of its sheer size.
Day 4&5 Aus-Luderitz (B&D)
Early morning departure for the short drive to Luderitz. We travel on the main road and keep a sharp look out for the unique Namib wild horses. Visit Kolmanskop, a ghost town where bigger and better diamonds where found along the coast. Your guide will discuss with you activities that can be done in Luderitz at your own expenses.
Day- 6 Aus, Sesriem, Namib Desert (B,L&D)
Turning north, we once again head deep into the ancient southern Namib, travelling on small gravel roads and passing some tiny rural communities along the way

Day 7-Sossusvlei Area (B,L&D)
A pre-dawn start is essential this morning as we want to catch the soft light of the sunrise on the desert.
Day 8-Sesriem- Windhoek (B,L&D)
Return to Windhoek, drop off at Discovery Guest House. Dinner will be serve tonight. Sleep early to prepare the the next day.
Day 9- Windhoek-Okonjima (B,L&D)
You will be picked up at Discovery Guest House at 8:00am, stop-over at the craft market in Okahandja.
Day 10 &11- Okonjima- Namutuni, Etosha National Park (B&D)
Etosha National Park is one of the most loved parks of Africa! Afternoon till sunset game drive, variety of African wildlife roaming through the bush. In the evening, 'theater of nature' at the flood-lit waterhole. Day 11 whole day game drive. Enjoy a lunch stop at one of the rest camps (lunch for own account).
Day -12 Etosha National Park to Grootberg (B,L&D)
Leaving Etosha National Park, we begin our journey south with a relatively short drive to the small town of Kamanjab. Around the area, we will visit Himba village.
Day 13 -Grootberg Area to Twyfelfontein (B,L&D)
Today we head into one of the most beautiful desert regions in Namibia, Damaraland. We drive west via the Grootberg Pass and then take a detour to visit the ancient Bushman rock engravings at Twyfelfontein.
Day 14-Twyfelfontein to Swakopmund (B,L&D)
depart early morning and travel through Brandberg, Namibia highest mountain, stop over at Uis, an old mining town. Travel through Skeleton coast, Henties bay, visit Cape Cross. Our next target is Swakopmund.
Day 15 Swakopmund- Windhoek (B,L)
Driving back to Windhoek.
