Itinerary
Day 1: Afternoon game drive in Etosha National park
Stop At: Chameleon Safaris, Windhoek 9000 Namibia
Pick up is from 7h15 and pre-departure meeting is at Chameleon Safaris office.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Etosha National Park, Namibia
Arriving at Andresson Gate around 2pm, spend the rest of the afternoon game driving through to our accommodation at Halali.
Accommodation at Halali is in twin share rooms, and we highly recommend spending time at the floodlit waterhole before and after dinner.
Duration: 1 day 12 hours

Accommodation included: Overnight at Halali RestCamp in twin share rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Day 2: Full day game driving in Etosha National Park
Stop At: Etosha Pan, Etosha National Park Namibia
Morning game drives takes you out into the park searching for predators. A mid morning game drive takes you through to the Etosha Pan where we can see where the park gets it's name.

Stop At: Etosha Village Shop, Namibia
After lunch at Halali, we head out for our final game drive, heading back towards Okaukuejo, and exit the park just before sunset, driving through to our lodge for the evening, Etosha Village.

Day 3: Travelling via Damaraland to Swakopmund
Stop At: Cnr Kaiser Wilhelm&Ronn St, Swakopmund, Namibia
Today is a long day in the vehicle travelling through rural Namibia. Our journey takes us through Damaraland where we have the chance to meet the Herero, Damara and Himba people. These stops offer the perfect opportunity to support the local people at their small markets, as well as get to know them in their local environment. After a roadside lunch, we continue our journey through the the coast where we make a stop at the Zeila Shipwreck before arriving into Swakopmund where this tour ends.

Day 4: Travelling to Walvis Bay then to Windhoek
Stop At: Walvis Bay Waterfront, End of Atlantic Street, Walvis Bay 9000 Namibia
Leisurely breakfast and the option to join one of the many optional activities available here such as: quad biking, sand boarding, scenic flight over the shipwrecks just to name a few. For those interested in birds our driver will be happy to take us to Walvis Bay to see the flamingos in the Walvis Bay lagoon which is a protected RAMSAR Site for birds.

Stop At: Dune 7, just off the C14, 6km by road, Walvis Bay Namibia
After a visit to Walvis Bay we make a short stop at Dune 7, giving you a dune and get a view of the coastline from the top.
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: Okahandja Mbangura Woodcarvers Craft Market, Southern Entrance to the city of Okahandja close to, B1, Okahandja, Okahandja Namibia
We make a brief stop at the Okahandja woodcarvers market on our return to Windhoek. Here you need to make use of your bargaining skills if you want to purchase some hand made souvenirs.

Strongly recommend. The Etosha portion of the tour provided many opportunities to see animals, and the accommodations were excellent throughout. Our guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Swakopmund and Walvis Bay provided a very different view of Namibia from the park.
