Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
This private half-day Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum tour could start either in the morning at 8:30 am or in the afternoon at 1:00 pm.
Your private tour guide and driver will pick you up from your centrally located hotel in Xi'an at selected time and head to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which was listed by UNESCO in 1987 as one of the world cultural heritages. Those life-size figures were uncovered by peasants in 1974 when digging a well and then became the major archaeological discovery of the 20th century. For 2,200 years, the Xi’an terracotta warriors silently guarded the tomb of Qin Shihuang, the first Emperor of China. It has also became the top attraction on every visitor's itinerary. Your tour guide will accompany you to see all three pits in the museum and give you detailed introductions of their historical background and significance.
After approximately 2.5 hours of visit at museum site, your tour guide and driver will escort you back to your downtown Xi'an hotel where this tour concludes.

We had a great tour of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses! The sites were wonderful and the ride, the driver and the tour guide were fantastic. Thanks!
Our half day tour was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and the ride to the Terra Cotta Museum was without any problems. Our guide, Jerry, was fantastic. He had a great command of English and was very knowledgeable about things. He also had a great sense of humor and we simply enjoyed having him as our guide.
Very good tour. Guide was very friendly. Car was very clean and comfortable. Tour guide spoke very good English.
Visiting the Terracotta Warriors was one of the highlights of our trip to China. Victoria was our tour guide and did a great job.
