Dawei, the capital of Tanintharyi division, formerly known as Tavoy. Dawei was one of the first cities where the English settled after the 1st Anglo-Burmese in 1882. Once there, check-in at the hotel and take a refreshments. After lunch, continue our Dawei sightseeing tour by leading to a family owned cashew nut business with its ever-smiling workers will show you how much work it is to peel one nut. Next, we will stop every now and then to discover the old colonial buildings in Dawei and get to know what their purpose was.

Myeik, one of the biggest fishing towns in Myanmar and produces everything for the fishing industry what is need, “Beik” as the locals call it. Just a few miles after Dawei, we will visit Shin Mok Hti Pagoda, can be dated back to 1483 and houses original pieces of the Bodhi tree. On arrival, we will check-in and take refreshments. After that, we will start our sightseeing by exploring to Myeik’s dry fish area, Soft Shell crab producing and a ship dockyard where the still build the wooden boats like in the old days.

spend a quite sunset with a 180 panoramic view over Myeik and the islands form Thein Daw Gyi Pagoda.

our discovery of the Mergui Archipelago by sailing from Seik Nge Jetty (Main Jetty) in Myeik. Today is just enjoy the beaches and islands and forget about the outside world. We observe the daily life of the fishermen during a short visit of one the villages along the way. After about 2 hours cruise along pristine water, we reach an inhabitant beach with snorkeling possibility. Now it is time to snorkel in clear water, just enjoy in the shade on the beach or float in the ocean, or just plays on the beach. Lunch will be served on the beach together with fresh fruits and cold drinks. In the late afternoon, we will return to Myeik.

Kawthaung, formerly known as Victoria Point. Before Kawthaung established itself, Maliwan was the main port in the most southern part of Myanmar. It was founded in the late 19th century about 25 Miles to the south.

the famous King Bayinnaung statue, which is greeting visitors from the cape. Nearby Victoria Point are the most Southern Part of Myanmar and a great photo opportunity. Our last stop of the day is 5-5-5 Mountain as the locals call it. The hill offers a spectacular sunset view over the whole town and nearby islands of the Mergui Archipelago.
