Sunrise Setumbu hill, Borobudur and Lava Tour

This tour will take about 12hours by private car. Meet up at the airport/hotel in the morning at 3.45am. Drive 1hour to Setumbu hill, do a soft tracking to the platform to see the sunrise. You may enjoy your breakfast box at the place near the parking area after the sunrise. Continue drive to Borobudur temple, explore this temple for 2hours, one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world, and was built in the 8th during the reign of the Syailendra Dynasty. The walls and balustrades are decorated with fine low reliefs of Sidharta “ Buddha “ Gautama, covering a total surface area of 2,520 m2. Around the circular platforms are 72 openwork stupas, each containing a statue of the Buddha. Stop at local resto for lunch. 1hour drive to Mt Merapi, one of the most active volcano in world and has erupted regularly since 1548. With villages as high as 1,700 metres (5,600 ft) above sea level. The 4WD jeep tour will take 2hours, drive you further up through the ruins of the villages after the big eruption on 2010, the Alien rock is a huge rock which came out from the vulcano with a naturally Alien face on it then stop at the highest level to see the bunker where 2 voulenteers dead inside it. Drive back to airport/hotel.
