The Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum has something for just about everyone, including pork-free ramen, and vegetarian ramen as well! Ramen specialist from around the country have come together for your eating pleasure, but there's also many feasts for the eyes, as the shops are scattered about a retro-style indoor cityscape. A slot race car track, sweets shop, and other stores give you plenty to do between bowls of ramen too.
There's lots of other sights in Yokohama, so this is a great lunch adventure to break up your day. Also, since the Museum is just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, you can combine it with arriving or departing on the bullet train!

This place is great for any ramen lover they have so much information and history that you could spend the whole day there just reading the story and eating Ramen. The food is amazing yes you can wait in line up to an hour but the wait is worth it they get the food out to you fast and it is all amazing. Everyone that works there is super friendly and willing to help if you don't understand how to us the machines to order your food or if you use have questions. Looking forward to my next trip.
