booked a trip on the york river cruise for 1hr ,but was told that the cruise was only 45mins as the hr cruise,was at weekend only this time of year june. What a load of rubbish,this cruise was,poor commentry from the captain,and totally not worth the 23.00 we paid,I wished we had just done the city open top bus ,which would have been much more informative as it is such an historic city,we had lunch after the boat trip.in the town , then walked upto the cathedral via the famous shambles street, the only good thing was it was a very sunny day. may i suggest the chester city boat trip was well better by loads.
