The panoramic viewpoint from the top of the 16 story Neboder Skyscraper offers unique views of the Ban Josip Jelacic (main) square, Cathedral, Upper and Lower Town and other most important cultural and historical architectures of Zagreb, its squares, streets and parks. The building itself is an icon in Zagreb and has dominated the skyline since its construction in 1959. It is a great place to get see the city, during the day or in the evening, you will be sure of some great shots of the city with a birds eye view.

The advertisements clearly show a couple taking selfies with a clear view of the square in the background. The "view" is from essentially a 2 foot wide walking path around the edge of the top floor enclosed by thick bars. Any photo you take of yourself looks like you're in jail. The only way to get a photo is to put your phone against the bars and take a picture between them. Quite strange given the Empire State Building is able to have a look-out with much thinner fencing from the waist up which allows for decent photos. The advertisements here are deceiving by now showing the bars.

Ticket entrance only but had a great bar and socialising area. This ticket also allowed us to go back in the day visit at another time so you could get a day time view, sunset or night time.

Very poor. When we arrived we where told it was closed due to a private function. Lucky we where there for 2 days!!! Once up there you could see the city sights, trust me its only worth the 5 Aust we paid. My advice is forget it

Not impressive. I have been to observation decks/points in every city I visit and this one is unfortunately behind bars, which really takes away from the experience.

Indeed, it did give us a terrific view of Zagreb. It was terrific value for money.
