Stop At: Old Town, Zurich 8001 Switzerland
You will meet your tourguide in the lobby of your hotel. Together with the tourguide you'll start with a transfer by tram in the direction of the Opera house, the first stop of the tour. Then, continue on foot along lake Zürich to Bürkliplatz, the best place to photograph the city, lake and mountains in one picture. After a short tram ride stop at Paradeplatz in the heart of the financial district before heading along Bahnhofstrasse, the place for window-shopping in some of the world's most exclusive brand stores. Footsteps away from the Bahnhofstrasse, you will arrive at the old town and will walk to the St. Peter's church and along buildings, built in the 17th century. Your tourguide will lead you to the Lindenhof, from where you have a great view over the Limmat river and the great minster church.
You'll continue your tour to the Fraumünster church, where Mark Chagall designed the windows inside the church. Continue across the bridge and arrive at the great minster church, the place where protestant church reformation took place in Switzerland.
From the great minster square, you will continue along the Limmat river to the small cable car, which will take you uphill within 3 minutes to the Zurich university. You will get into the main building and arrive at the terraces, where you have a fantastic aerial view all over Zurich city. Your tourguide will lead you back to Zurich main station by tram and you will head to the river boat station. You will board the boat for a ride on the Limmat river, where you have all the sights in view again. After the 25-minutes-ride, your tourguide will lead you back to your hotel or at any desired place, where the tour ends.

Mike was fantastic. He was prepared to gain our interest in the sights and history of Zurich. He made each sight filled with 2 key takeaway notes. Always asked if he moved to fast or left info out. He even walked us to our dinner reservation in the rain. Mike was ready to change the program.
Unfortunately we paid a lot of money for this tour. Our guide was disappointing and not knowledgable about Zurich or things Swiss. Very ordinary.
